How do follow-ups work?

Every day, FirstTouch creates a “Follow up with…” task for each contact who is due, for example someone you contacted a week ago and haven’t been in touch with since. The task goes to the person who owns that contact. A separate list shows every message you’ve sent that is still waiting for a reply after seven days. FirstTouch reminds you; it never sends a follow-up by itself.
