Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to personal information on firsttouch.si, the website for FirstTouch Sales. It does not cover the FirstTouch Sales app itself, which has its own privacy page: https://app.firsttouch.si/privacy.

Who is responsible

The website is run by Pretiosus, a sole proprietorship based in Kochi, India. Our address is 3rd Floor, JC Chambers, V970 (Bldg No. 60/44), Panampilly Nagar Avenue, Panampilly Nagar (Opp. Kairali Apartments), Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682036, India.

For anything about your personal information, write to office@pretiosus.cc.

What we collect

When you book a demo. We collect what you type into the demo form: your name, work email and company, and any message you add. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the demo.

When you email us. If you write to hello@firsttouch.si, we keep your email so we can answer it.

When you browse. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the website.

If you accept analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your type of device and browser, and your approximate location. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to two years. If you reject them, or make no choice, Google Analytics doesn’t load and these cookies aren’t set. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Cookies

• Your cookie choice: a cookie named ft_consent remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, for 12 months, so we don’t ask on every page.
• Analytics: _ga and _ga_<ID>, only if you accept (see above).

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Where it is kept

• Demo form entries are emailed to hello@firsttouch.si and also stored in the website’s own database.
• The website is hosted by Hostinger, on a server in India, with backups in Singapore.
• Email to hello@firsttouch.si is handled by Hostinger.
• Analytics, if you accept it, is provided by Google, which may process the data in the United States. We have switched off Google’s advertising features for this website.

We don’t sell your information, we don’t show ads, and we don’t share it with anyone except the providers above, who handle it only so the website and email work.

How long we keep it

We delete demo form entries, and demo emails sent to hello@firsttouch.si, 12 months after we receive them. Google Analytics keeps the data it collects for 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to office@pretiosus.cc and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
