Your contacts and conversations are the heart of your business. Here's how FirstTouch Sales looks after them.
Your workspace, kept apart
Each workspace is kept apart by the database itself, on every table that holds customer data. Only the people in your workspace can see your data, and images you add are shown only to signed-in members of your workspace.
Your mailbox connection
An admin connects a mailbox by signing in with Microsoft. The connection is stored encrypted and tied to your workspace. If it expires, FirstTouch shows Reconnect, and an admin can disconnect it at any time.
FirstTouch reads only the inbox of the mailboxes you connect. In the business development mailbox, it keeps only emails from people who are already your contacts.
Nothing goes out without you
An email goes out only when a person on your team clicks Send reply on an enquiry. The AI never sends anything.
Your AI key
The AI runs on your own Anthropic API key. Only admins can add it. It's checked when you save it, stored encrypted, and only its last four characters are ever shown. There's no shared key: without yours, the AI buttons are off.
Each AI button sends Anthropic only what it needs, and only when someone clicks it. Qualify sends your ideal customer profile, the contact's profile and their company's website address. Draft sends the template, the contact's details and your earlier messages with them. Refine sends your notes and the deal's messages.
Signing in
Your team signs in with email and a password. Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text, and must be at least eight characters. We set up your team's accounts when you join.
Backups
Your data is backed up every night. Where it's kept, and for how long, is set out in the app's privacy policy.
Your data stays yours
Write to office@pretiosus.cc and we'll send you a full export of your workspace's records and images, or delete your workspace entirely.
We don't sell your data or show ads.
