Can I keep LinkedIn and WhatsApp conversations too?

Yes. Log LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages by hand on the contact, dated when they happened, so the whole conversation sits in one place alongside email. FirstTouch doesn’t connect to LinkedIn or WhatsApp, and never sends through them.
