Does it stop duplicate contacts?

It warns you. When you add a contact with the same email as an existing one, or the same name at the same company, FirstTouch shows the match before you save. Companies are checked by name and website. When you turn an enquiry into a lead and a contact with that email already exists, you attach the existing contact.
