Which emails does FirstTouch keep?

Only from the mailboxes you connect, and only from their inbox, not your sent items or other folders. In the enquiries mailbox, new emails become enquiries. In the business development mailbox, it keeps only emails from people who are already your contacts, and stores nothing else. When you first connect a mailbox, it looks back 30 days.
